The Drifteam have been recognised as the Remote Team of the Year at the Company Culture Awards 2024.

The rumours are true… We are officially the Remote Team of the Year!

From Portugal through to Brazil, by way of Cardiff, Norwich, and the Sussex coast, the Drifteam are about as remote as a remote team gets.

Having been shortlisted as the Best Small Agency to Work for two consecutive years, the Drifteam were thrilled to be named the Remote Team of the Year for our award-winning company culture this May. Being recognised for the way we support our international team is a real credit to the Drifteam and the way we operate, bringing nine members together across waters and borders through our annual team getaway, quarterly cook-alongs, and a litany of other Drifteam-approved offerings.

“There is an impressive work culture amongst this remote team, leading to strong performance, and staff happiness.”

Company Culture Awards – Judges comments

Applying for the Company Culture Awards provided a unique opportunity to reflect on our practice as a small business, and be recognised for our commitment to growing a happy, healthy, and fulfilled international team. From unlimited paid holiday, to our flexible four day week, we have developed a company culture that aligns with our values as a B Corp putting people and planet at the forefront.

We’ve learnt a lot from our wins, but even more from our losses. Take a read of our piece on how to navigate the awards application process and hear our top tips on how to end up on the podium (and what to do if you don’t!).
