A framework for better business practice

B Corp is one of many fantastic processes to engage and become a better business – it’s both a useful benchmark for understanding where you do well, and a great method of seeing what can be done to help accelerate change in and beyond the inner workings of your business.

As we embarked on the application process in early 2020, B Corp provided meaningful metrics of impact and a tangible way to assess our output until we reached certified B Corp status late 2021. Measuring company-wide successes, and accounting for our shortcomings was a sure fire way of making changes that led to on-the-ground impact. Be it joining a B Local Beach Clean or taking on the full accreditation process, engaging with B Corp is an opportunity to advocate, take action, and lead by example through collaborating with a vibrant network of like-minded businesses.
